Easy, accurate and detailed. The only shortcoming is not providing the program in a disc, like in the past. I hate downloading stuff. Just sell me the program on a disc!!!

I have been using the H&R Block program for over 10 years. I find it comprehensive, easy to follow instructions, and fairly priced. I love that the state information is populated from the federal information and financial forms can be imported.

In the pas ordering a backup disc aside from the download was an option. I realize that discs have pretty much disappeared but a usb back-up option would be nice.
