This tax prep software is a good tool. It asks the questions that gets the data in the right place. Mostly easy to use. Only problem comes when additional data or changes need to be made. Not as easy when this occurs.

I had to purchase th esoftware twice, the one I purchased as a download, from a national office supply, advertise as both Mac and Windows compaible was not and i could not get a new copy from them. I then had to dwonload from your web site at a highre price.

I use the H&R Tax software & find it easy & accurate. However this year I had a problem in buying it. I had to purchase 2 programs to get it. I tried the online purchase program but it did not work & I received no refund. I bought it at a store. So I paid twice to get it.

Overall ok but it would not download last years return. Software found it but would not download the key items from last year or any year. This caused me to reload common info and took me twice as long to complete return. If this happens again, I’m switching. I pay for convince, speed and accuracy.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

With the help of H&R Block software, I prepare our taxes each year. I married my husband in 2015 and had been using the software when I was single. I felt very safe with it and introduced it to him as "the way to go". He agrees and it will be "the way to go" each year for us unless something horrible happens!!!
