Multi-year use of H&R Block products had me confident that this year's product would continue to let me complete my taxes accurately and in a straight forward manner. I do use IRS forms instructions to supplement and clarify when needed but for the most part I have relied on H&R Block Deluxe Software to be intuitive and thorough.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have been using H&R Block for the past 7 or 8 years. Superb software, super easy to use. I also use it to make projections and do what ifs to help determine what my withholding should be.

I encountered problems this year never before in 10 years of the H&R Block programs. It would not load last years return, no mater what I tried. As a result, I missed making an entry that has resulted in letter from IRS. I must consider changing for next year considering all the other problems I encountered.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
