The program is fairly easy to use. It takes care of most of the things that I need done on my taxes. However, it does a lousy job for putting in the information from a K-1. That really needs to improve!

I had been using the free version for years and then I needed to file an additional document so I had to purchase the program. NONE of the information that I had already entered (ALL info had been entered) transferred to the program I HAD TO BUY for 1 document. I didn't even have to log in so I'm assuming that's why none of my info transferred. Didn't ask if I already had an account- just had to start from scratch.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
