The Alabama tax software considered my IRA withdrawals as nom-taxable. I submitted a ticket but nothing was done. I had to learn how to manually override to get my tax forms to come out correctly.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H&R Block for years with no complaints about ease of use or the programs technical master of tax matters. This may have been a misunderstanding on my part, but I thought I was promised that the cost of electronic filing of the federal (as opposed to the state) return was included in the purchase. That proved not to be the case.
