Tried it for 2023 tax year. Much more difficult to use compared to TurboTax and so slow to process. Won’t buy it again.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I've used this software for years. What I like most about it is that it remembers all my information from the previous year, so I don't have to reenter the information. I was also pleasantly surprised that it remembered my stock losses from the previous year and automatically deducted the carryover. And so far, I've never been audited--knock on wood :-)

There was a glitch in the software and it would not let me continue. I had to call support, they were aware of the problem and didn't know when it would pe repaired. Support tried a few different things before it finally worked.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
