I have used H&R Block Tax Preparation Software for over 10 years. It does the job and is the best value available in my opinion. I hope it improves its AI capability in the near future. I found it lacking this year.

`It was difficult to go back and forth to the different sections. It was confusing pushing the "go to bottom' and then trying to figure out the right situation. Much easier last year when you listed the section on the top line of the screen and you just clicked on the section and you went right to it.

Have used this software since it was Meca Tax Cut. Know how to use it pretty well. However, this issue had a bug in the calculation of estimated taxes for next year, using addition instead of subtraction, so I had to improvise.

I bought this program for years and was very happy with it until this year when my computer program can't save my returns on a PDF file nor can it print them!!!
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
