Have been an H&R Block tax preparer 1990-2006, then do my own and do a review for a few family members who are less familiar. H&R Block has had a very user friendly software, albeit you have to have some experience with this program before jumping into business issues, etc. All in all. a Very Good Product and software.

Cons: Hard to import documents

Used this for many many years but this year the “glitch” that wouldn’t send the extension yet keep charging me over and over again may make me rethink purchasing the product for 2024 taxes

The federal program was superb. The state program seems to have some inaccurate features that require more research by H&R Block before that turn it loose.
