I usually have no issues with the software. This year it would not allow me to submit my federal taxes for electronically. Contacted support for help. They weren’t helpful. Forced me to file by paper prolonging the process for me.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
