You need to have an "import csv file into a list". When I say "list" I mean the list of name/numeric entries you can create in any numeric field.

Distressed that my payment of tax owed did not go

I owed taxes. Filled in my bank details. Block message said the amount would go from my bank account to IRS on April 15. Somehow that did not happen and IRS sent me a misapplied payment form and charged me an extra $100 late / interest fees.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
