The infrastructure collapsed, unable to submit electronically, and the company was completely radio silent. What little information they did provide was simply wrong. In addition, every attempt to submit charged a fee for the state submission, resulting in dozens of charges

On top of the issues you guys were having this year, I purchased the Federal and State package; however, when I went to file my State taxes, I was required to purchase the State tax software again.
