Not too expensive. When I had questions, the short explanations were usually useless, especially on questions related to investments or state taxes. I'd recommend it to a friend only because it's cheaper than the TurboTax version. Document import takes longer than typing info manually, and it doesn't work at all for some of my financial institutions. I don't know if it maximizes my refund. I hate that I have to pay an extra fee to file my state return.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
