I attempted to file my return on the 14th because your system was down. I had to take off work the next day to print/prepare a paper return in case electronic filing didn't work. The system came up the next day and my return was filed on time, but not after significant inconvenience, lost work time, and stress. Tax software is supposed to make live easier, not more stressful.
I'll use Turbo Tax from now on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
