To me it wasn't user friendly in some places and it required me to seek help with the meaning/situations it was talking about but I was able to get through it without any major issues.

I've been using it for years now. This year's was a tad confusing and had some issues importing previous data. Also kept telling me after submission that I didn't submit, even after I repeatedly fixed any questions and more importantly after I received my refunds. Not easy to save & retrieve this year either.
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have used this product for several years. I am quite happy with the outcome. I reduced it a star due to adjusting prior entries, after reviewing days later. I find it difficult to find-navigate back to a particular item, even when using the search.
