I use this every year for probably 7 years. It works fairly well without problems. I never have been audited nor have had any rejections. I will continue with it.

I waited until Sunday before tax day to file. The servers were down when I went to file and stayed down until Monday evening. I was happy to finally be able to file before missing the deadline. Not the greatest feeling with the unknown but it worked out, luckily.

I have used this software for more years than I can remember without a problem. However this year there was an error in my Ohio School District Return. Even though the program review before filing said there was none. While I answered I was a full time resident the software posted part time. Luckily I had a refund so I was not penalized when I received a letter from Ohio Department of Taxation with my corrected return.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
