I have used software for years. Honestly don’t want to pay $$$ to a professional tax preparer. But just seems that as tax codes / laws change, it can be overwhelming. This software helps.

purchased like i have always over the past 10 years (maybe 8 years). software was good but was confusing on some parts with dependents. Called help line but no one could help. they could only help on software issues. Was told i would need to get the online version to get tax help.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I trusted that I had entered every thing I needed

My federal refund check came within days. My Mass. state Tax agency threatened to with hold my refund and more unless I copied most of my supporting forms and sent them to them in about 30 days. It was like doing my state taxes all over again only worse.
Cons: Time consuming
