Program does it job well but had major issues trying to electronically submit return. Took hours and hours to submit, site was down. Nerve wrecking

I have never done our taxes before. I had lots of questions so was glad to see answers I needed. If I didn’t know the answer you could call their answer “hotline.” The problem was I didn’t understand some of the questions so started
calling the call center everytime. Finally I got someone that explained what I needed. So got it finished. It will be better next year
