Good, thorough and quite simple but I could not find how to choose standard deduction upfront. Had to go thru all itemized list before standard deduction was suggested.

Got a federal tax refund though we owed thousands. H&M’s block reflected a penalty but ended up getting refund from feds. Still no concrete banswrvas where the miscalculation came from

I have been purchasing this software for several years and it has always worked well for me. Some of the forms I needed took longer to finalize than I would have liked; however, I believe the delay was driven by the government not doing their part. I have found it a little difficult at times to correct data after entering but I always managed to get it all worked out. Overall I do like the product and plan to continue using in the future.

I normally have a great experience but my tax software still shows my tax return has not been filed while I have had verification that it has been filed. Totally unacceptable!
