I receive a 1099R annually for my pension. There was a section on your software that kept telling me and asking me if I received the required RMD since I received a 1099R. I had difficulty moving forward with my taxes since your software assumed my 1099R was for RMD.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have no issue with the software and the whole process worked well. One problem encountered was with reaching a live person to resolve a question that was not well explained on the website. I live in a rural area and cannot easily travel to an office. Suggest you make contact with a live consultant more accessible.
