It would have helped if I’d known the my purchased software would allow only 5 filings to the IRS. I have 6 family members. I knew the first 5 e-filing were free. In the past, I could pay for the 6th e-filing to the IRS. The software is completely blocked out after 5 returns. Very disappointed to learn this after the returns were created.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please note: something to fix: when paying with one credit card, the transaction completed but did not send the email with the software key - did this 3 times, did not think the credit card transaction was going through but it was. Tried a different credit card and it worked. Next year I will go to a store to purchase the software key.

I have used H&R Block S/W for several years but their are some deficiencies that are annoying. When I click on a box that has a dollar amount, there should be a table showing how the s/w calculated the value. Electronic filing was very easy.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming
