Final stages confusing. Resulted in filing fees.

The layout and instructions for the final filing were confusing. I thought I had finished since all info and my bank acct details were provided. But somehow the actual submission to IRS was not made by the program. By the time I realized that my return was several weeks late resulting in a penalty even though everything was complete before the deadline and payment was in my bank account awaiting IRS access to same. Next year I'll use another product.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
