I've used H&R for probably 10 years. Overall, it does a good job of leading the customer through the tax complications. But make sure their privacy statement is ok with you before you buy it.

I've been using Tax Cut for 9-10 years now, switching after T/T eliminated the Cap Gains reporting ability without advertising the deletion. T/C is easy to use, accurate, and bridges previous information well. I would like a to see an improvement in the form printing. Too often I get worksheets and other misc data along with the form I want, with no option to not print it. And the Foreign Tax Credit section could use some clarity.
