1 Why I cannot use Adobe PDF to see my final tax docs and must use "your" PDF viewer is a big minus. 2 Just start adding state e-submission to the cost - current pricing structure that I "buy" a state e-submission is a big minus.

Updates needed to file a return provided late in the process, and i have a very basic return. Spent more time selling the product and trying to get you to buy add-ins then then they did delivering a quality product. I only stick with them because Intuit is worse.

I’ve been using H&R Block for five years. As with any tax return software there’s a learning curve the first year, but it’s not steep with this one. After that so much gets filled in automatically and I can do my taxes in an hour or two. I regularly get my refunds in late February or early Match.
