I will never use your tax SW again. I’ve endured the SW updates on my Mac for multiple years but gave up and bought TacCut which is so much easier to download updates.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used the H&R Block program for years. Always impressed with the ease of installation and use plus the thoroughness of the program during the interview portion of tax preparation. I love being able to electronically file my federal and (at additional cost) state taxes, allows VERY quick receipt of my refunds.

I’ve used this software for years and it’s easy to use and has everything I need for a simple return. The only thing I would recommend is clarity on why updates are delayed-is it an IRS holdup or Block software issue. Right now all you post is the date of the new update (which could be extended) w/o reason for the delay
