Your e-filing will not send or file my tax forms unless there is a W2 attachment. I'm retired and do have any w-2's

Excellent plus areas for improvement. I've been using this tool for over a decade. This year's rollout required "hands on" for the Federal Update Installer and also for the State Installer (.dmg).

worksheets will not accept my zip codes to enable

WAS HAPPY UNTIL TRIED TO FILE federal. 5 issues with the program accepting my zip code in my worksheets. still trying to send federal with attempting to correct 6 times.

I began using this app a few years ago because it was cheaper than Intuit's Turbo Tax. This product feels disorganized and clumsy compared to Turbo Tax. The app needs more information and help for some of the required inputs. I was not able to go back and change some of the prior selections. Final review of my return found a couple of questionable data points but would not allow me to change them.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
