The Wizard is great. It is very comprehensive and easy to follow. However, there are some quirks. I am a tax preparer and some things for small business allowances and credits don't have enough flexibility.

I’ve used H&R Block tax software for years - it’s the best I’ve found. It allows me to try various “what if” scenarios to verify I am paying the least tax I can. Electronic filing means I get my refunds fast (20 days this year)!

I use it block tax software because of its ease of use and step by step building to completion. I was disappointed in how long it took to be able to complete the return because it took so long to get all the forms in the program because they weren't ready to submit. While Block pointed to the Government I knew people who submitted their returns including those forms. The particular form that held me up until mid February was the energy credit form.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
