I used H & R Block software for 10 years and was extremely happy with it until 2023. There was a software bug and I had to wait a couple of weeks for your upgrade in order to fix it. Then I had another issue with the charitable donations and I am still waiting for your programming department to get back to me. I had to split deductions into smaller groups in order to override because no one in your organization got back to me after your rep said I woulede hear back. Seriously disappointed this year and not sure if I will switch back to Turbo Tax next year.

I use this product over 25 years, when it was tax cut. I would recommend to make more distinctive tux corrections after initial submission, when IRS sends back requests for some errors, fines, etc.
