The software does not work with Apple computers or laptops prior to 2014. This is nasty as they cannot accommodate customers with computers that work just fine!!!

NY non-resident & NJ resident amounts on W-2s from same employer have different gross pay amounts requiring input adjustments (addition or subtraction) TRIGGERING MANUAL STATE MAILING SUBMISSION. Why is such a common occurence an ongoing issue???
