Fair price, easy purchase, clean download. Step by step on screen led me through both Fed and State returns. Fed E-file worked seamlessly, state printout was an easy mail in. I've used the product for several years now and have never had a problem. Recommended.

Software appears to be accurate. However, the cost to e-file a state return is overpriced. Block offices 5 free federal e-files; why not something similar for state e-files?
Also some calculations are hard to follow. Suggest adding some worksheets showing hidden calculations.

I bought the combined federal and state software. Nothing was disclosed about the significant extra charge for electronically filing the state return. The charge wasn't disclosed until the state return was finished and ready for filing.
2nd criticism: instructions for state return are not nearly as clear or helpful as instructions for federal return.
