It works better than TurboTax, but it is hard to get help. Also, as far as I know, it needs a Microsoft browser such as Edge. Why not Firefox??? Also, please be more upfront about the actual cost of filing state returns.

I have issues with the state tax. It all ways ask you to explain some thing that was on Federal return. It should carry over seamless. It should know what was on Fed return. I then have to go back and look at Fed return to see what it is talking about.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

The software does a very good job of taking the user through the necessary steps to complete an accurate return. However, the tiny font size used for the interface makes it very difficult to read without putting my face very close to the screen.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
