Continuing to have updates too late in the tax filing season. The one thing I really needed your software package help on was not usable in a timely manner. I ended up having to figure the numbers out myself by hand…….

Generally the software works pretty well. However I contacted support as a calculation didn’t seem to be working right and was essentially told as long as it installs, you’re on your own. Not helpful.
