Trash. Made calculation errors and wanted me to pay money owed the irs before they would even check to see what the problem was. I used a different software to amend my taxes and received a bigger refund. Will never use again.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using H&R Block software to do my taxes since 2014. I've always bought the Deluxe + State so I can do the state taxes as well. I only wish there was a way to indicate that I will be using the standardized deduction from the beginning so I could avoid all the questions involved with itemizing. It would make using this file faster and easier.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
