It's not easy to navigate, and poor on explanations of certain topics. There are better products out there and cheaper too.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I have been a loyal user for 8+ years. Last two tax years product is lacking Arizona State Form 352 - Charitable Deduction - causing me to not be able use product for my State return. Company lacks good FEEDBACK and INQUIRY model so cannot get insight to whether future updates will include Competitive Products INCLUDE this form. Likely last year I will use this product due to this Form omission
