The software is easy to use. I would only recommend better clarification of the estimated tax section. I have had problems with the IRS three years now with what I show as estimated tax what the IRS has and how the software deal with it.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

I have used H&R Blocks software for many years. It is so easy to set up and is definitely "User Friendly" . I love the fact that every year the software downloads everything you need from a previous year's tax return to start a new return. It walks you through every step of the way!
