The software worked well. I have used the Windows 10 version for years. Since Windows 10 will lose support the end of 2025 and my current hardware does not support Windows 11. I will be looking for a Linux edition of tax software. I’m guessing I won’t be the only one, so the company that develops the software first will be the winner.

Used tax cut and it was as good as usual. For some reason the " TAKE ME TO" feature didn't work - therefore 4 stars instead of 5.

I had to create two returns before I could get one that would e-file due to some sort of file error HRB support could not fix. A good friend was also faced with errors when they tried to e-file also unfixable by support. They had to file by mail. HRB used to be reliable but no longer.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
