I was employed at Block for 45 years as a Senior Tax Analyst and an Instructor. My own tax return now is somewhat difficult for all but the "seasoned" tax preparers. That being said, I didn't have a problem with the more complicated forms, but I do think a more explicit, line by line instructions for some forms would be an asset to the program.
It would be nice if the filing of the state returns was part of the original purchase price.
