Have been using block for years. Some years it can get confusing, but in the end I file and it is done. I could not file my Federal and State tax without some type of help. I chose block cause it works.

I'm retired and my assets are pretty easy to keep track of. This program saves me so much money. I'm able to use all the knowledge of all the folks that know so much more about taxes than I do. It's much the same program that the professional tax people use. I've always been very pleased with the results.

This is my second year of using H&R Block Deluxe tax software. I used to ise TurboTax, which worked fine for years, but then last year it wouldn’t launch after I loaded it. I didn’t have rime to get it figured out and figured that they hadn’t thoroughly tested it for various versions of Windows, so I bought H& R Block Deluxe and it worked fine. In the end I found that a Windows update was needed to correct the issue with TurboTax, but I didn’t have time to figure that out until later.

Some of the tax questions that are asked, don’t fully make sense when you compare the first part of the question with the follow up questions
