I use H&R Block cap software every year and find it so easy to use. I simply plug in the information and it gives me the results and if I have a question about a specific field, I simply hover over that field and information pops up to explain it.

Unfortunately, the state program I purchased (Georgia) has resulted in letters from my taxing authority. Not a great experience. The pre "approved" response buttons do not allow users to actually provide feedback outside of this text box.

I like this tax software. Only small complaint is sometimes its not clear how to go back to prior work. And a bogger complaint is you should be able to print page by page. Sort of like have a screen that displays every form used and you can pick only the pnes you want tp print. I do need 20 pages of 0’s in each block.
