I am very disappointed that the program doesn't work on my older computer. There must be a way to make versions that work on older equipment that people have and are forced to use.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have used HR Block Tax Return Software over 20 years and continue to be extremely happy. It speeds up the time it takes to complete the process. Feel great when it’s completed because I know it’s correct. Love the ease of using the imbedded eFile, now available for both Federal and State. Highly recommend everyone try it.

I thought I was buying Deluxe and State, but when I got it, it didn't have State and had to pay extra for it.

I have been using H&R Block tax software for at least 10 years. Software is easy to use, helps with capital gains and taxes from mutual funds. Highly recommend using the software and don't easy to file electronically. My return was accepted in a matter of hours and had my refund in a week
