I bought and downloaded deluxe federal and state 2023 Tax Cut program prior to 2023 tax season. I was unable to download tax data from Schwab brokerage I asked for help from H &R Block and received none.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I bought this for my family. First issue occured when I filled out forms and your siftware automatically allowed me (and calculated) Earned Income. All went well until the IRS rejected it because I did not qualify for Earned Income. Question: Why did your softwarre allow it first and then with a couple of updates, the software did not allow it. I did not change anything in my return except the updates to your software.
Issue 2: you said that I can have up to 5 kids file fed returns with your software. I did mine, did my grandson and then when my daughter signed in using my codes, it did not allow her to file fed return without paying. She was on a different PC but was using my account. This is a little misleading.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Couldn't electronically file my state return because the electronic version was on the wrong form. The printed version was correct to I filed the paper copy.
