My software would not print the state tax forms even after I bought the state package. The original software worked for me in past years. This year it did not - plus this year, I bought the state package and it still didn't work properly.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have used reliably for many years Have only found one issue - does not carry capital loss forward on state return. This has to be entered manually. Not sure why.
