I have used this software for several years. The Federal part of the program has performed flawlessly. The Alabama state software had a problem with one of the schedules which effected main tax form. I had to override the forms for corrrect submission. Also, the update on an iMac is not seamless.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
