Used H&R Block for 4 (or more) years. Superior quality and better price than my previous tax software. Has all needed forms for many special cases, Very easy to use - has great helps and will lead you step by step through any tax needs including trusts. If you are experienced, you can do your taxes very quickly by just going directly to the necessary tax forms or work sheets. Has great editing and warns of possible missed tax reporting requirements or possible deductions. I do my taxes very quickly and have a lot of different things to report.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Has any feature I needed for my individual federal income tax 2023.
Interview process was easy, not too much backtracking.
Could stop and save, pick up later as documentation was available.
Easy to go back and correct something, or insert a forgotten item.
Used broker import for first time, works a dream.
Would be nice if software could file as soon as IRS was open for returns, but had to wait for the Feb software update. No harm in delay, just wanted to beat the scammers to file.
