Have my own minimal tax requirements. Have been utilizing H&Block Deluxe in excess of 10 years and appears to be more complicated to complete. Know that it is more to do with additional government regulations/requirements but any simplification at the Deluxe level would be welcomed.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I was taken by surprise that the state form cost so much to obtain and then file. I had to delay my federal return because the EV form was repeatedly pushed back. Ultimately the IRS would not accept my online submission, so I ended up printing and mailing it.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Have used this product for years. This year there was a couple programming problems. One Tech fixed one problem put took going through two more Techs until one figured out a work around. Hope there wouldn't be an IRS problem. For the first time the IRS put a hold on my refund and asked for my 1099s. That was two months ago and still waiting for refund.
