Over 20 years of use and in that time I have run into software issues 3 times where the software made mistakes and sent me in the wrong direction and in 2 of those instance the IRS sent me a letter and in the other mistake it made my State sent me a demand on the mistake that I never even knew about. Be very careful you can’t trust it 100%

Great software' for those that have an uncomplicated tax return. It guides you through all the steps needed to compile, produce and file an annual federal and state (if app purchased) tax return. I have found the supporting documentation and explanations very helpful. I have used the HR Block program since 2019 to prepare and file my yearly personal tax return.
