I have been using the product for a while but this past year when IRS had a code to put in and the code did not work very frustration.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

after using HR block software for the last decade. This year I was unable to file with their software due to them not updating their software for EV's in time. I was afraid I would run pass April 15th si I purchased Turbo Tax and it worked great. KR lied to me week after week saying updated software would be out next Friday. They said this at least 5 times.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
