Some forms needed to be revised because program didn’t work. In some sections a number that is carried from one line to another line on the same form NYS oil cr. Should have been carried by program but had to be done manually

Been using this software for years, and have never had an audit, never received communication from IRS with error notifications. Able to import most forms, but not all.

The features and program itself were great. The one thing I did not like was that I had to wait to complete and submit my tax return until after certain updates were finished with the program. I like doing my taxes in February to get them done, but had to wait until March for the updates to be done before I could actually submit my taxes.

This program lead me down a path that I would be able to file amended returns but it wouldn't. The program is dated and needs to be refreshed since it has the same look and features for too many years.
Pros: Easy to import documents
