We bought the online version early and loaded it. Of course we had to wait for outside data. After getting the data we upgraded and followed the steps. Once it was finished it went to IRS and we had our refund in less than 4 weeks.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I've been using this software annually for quite a few years now. I love it. It makes filing tax returns simple. If you have many stock transactions in the course of a year, it's particularly helpful, through through automated document download/import and preparation.. I can't imagine a simpler way to file.
