I found this tax product very good with one exception. The section for medical insurance premiums, such as Medicare, Medigap, etc. was not real clear to me. I had to to go research online to make sure I was getting it right.
I have used this program since the Kiplinger days, and I was very familiar with the way it worked. This 2023 latest version has been changed and presumably updated and is not as immediately user friendly. (E.G. Hobby and Hobby expenses, Multiple income sources). Having said that, Once you figured out the changes in the program (and ways to cope with them) the program worked well. Obviously a first time user would not have this leaning curve.
Been using Tax Cut since the 90's and have found it to be easy to use and convenient. It follows the same interview process as if you went to their office but with the ease of doing it in your own home. Has always limited my tax liability and got me my maximum refund.
