I found H&R Deluxe to be an well organized, fairly comprehensive tax preparation tool that is fairly easy to navigate. We had one fairly unusual tax situation that was not covered.

I bought this software to do federal and state taxes for my daughters. The package comes with up to 5 federal and one state and any additional state is an upcharge. the upcharge I feel is way out of line price wise. it's like buying a whole additional package
